Group space

Workshops

A space for growth, connection and shared learning. Because the path through motherhood, fatherhood and parenting is better walked in company.

Group accompaniment

Learning together, growing together

The workshops are group spaces designed to accompany and care for motherhood, fatherhood and parenting from a professional, warm and judgement-free perspective. They are not therapy groups — they are meeting spaces where information, experience and mutual support are shared.

I facilitate each workshop with a professional perspective, offering resources, listening and a safe space. The goal is to create support networks and community — because parenting was never meant to be done alone.

A safe, warm space where you can feel free, supported and understood. Without pressure, without judgement, with company.

What moves us here

The workshops are not a place for repair — they are a space for growth. These are the emotions that set the rhythm: open, alive and without pressure.

Key concept

The Tribe

Raising a child was never meant to be a solo task. Throughout history, parenting has been a collective experience — a network of hands, eyes and hearts that held families together. Today, many mothers and fathers face this path far from their support networks, without that sense of community.

The workshops are born from this need: to create tribe where there is none. To build safe, warm meeting spaces where sharing, learning and feeling accompanied become possible again.

Perinatal psychology workshops online

Perinatal psychology workshops online bring parents together to learn, share and feel supported through the journey of having children. Perinatal psychology workshops are group spaces designed to support, inform and provide tools during pregnancy, the postpartum period and parenting. Sharing the experience with other people going through a similar life stage helps you feel less alone and normalises the emotions that come with motherhood and fatherhood.

These sessions combine professional rigour with a warm and trusting atmosphere, where every participant can express themselves freely and resolve their doubts.

What will you find in the workshops?

The workshops cover topics such as emotional preparation for birth, the postpartum period and recovery, the bond with your baby, breastfeeding from a respectful perspective and caring for the couple during this stage. They are online, so you can take part from anywhere. If you would like to know the upcoming dates or suggest a topic, you can write to me through the contact page.

Why choose perinatal psychology workshops online

Perinatal psychology workshops online combine the depth of professional guidance with the comfort of taking part from your own home. During pregnancy, the early postpartum weeks and the first years of parenting, it is not always easy to travel to a venue, especially with a newborn or when energy is low. Meeting as a group by video call means you can learn, reflect and connect with other parents wherever you are, without added logistical stress.

Being part of a group has a particular kind of value. Hearing that other people share the same doubts, fears and hopes can be deeply reassuring, and it helps to loosen the sense of isolation that so often comes with this stage of life. Each workshop is a warm, respectful space where questions are welcome, experiences are honoured and no one is judged.

Topics we explore together

The programme grows with the needs of the group, but common themes include emotional preparation for birth, understanding and navigating the postpartum period, recovery after delivery, and building a secure bond with your baby. We also look at breastfeeding from a respectful, pressure-free perspective, sleep and the realities of early parenting, and how to care for the couple relationship during such an intense time of change.

There is also space for the harder chapters that are often left unspoken, such as difficult births, anxiety, and grief after a loss. Whatever the theme, the aim is always the same: to offer clear, evidence-informed information alongside genuine emotional support, so you leave each session feeling more confident and less alone.

How to take part

Joining is simple and there is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with; you are welcome just to listen if that is what you need. If you would like to know the upcoming dates, ask a question or suggest a topic for a future group, you are warmly invited to get in touch and reserve your place.

Choosing perinatal psychology workshops online is a caring way to look after your wellbeing while feeling truly accompanied by professionals and by other parents who understand what this journey is like.

Whether you are expecting your first baby, adjusting to life with a newborn, or finding your feet again after a difficult experience, there is a place for you here. Group sizes are kept small enough that everyone can be heard, and the tone is always gentle and unhurried. Many parents tell me that simply setting aside this time for themselves, in the company of others who truly understand, becomes one of the most nourishing parts of their week.
