What to expect

01

You write to me

Through any of the channels on this page. Tell me briefly what brings you here.

02

We talk

I’ll offer you an initial assessment session. It’s a space to get to know each other and see how I can help you.

03

We begin

If you feel comfortable and it’s what you need, we begin the work together. At your own pace.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to write to me. You just need to feel that you want to take this step.

All sessions are online

If you are looking for support during pregnancy, the postpartum period or a delicate moment in your life, this is your starting point. Fill in the form and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

How I work as an online perinatal psychologist

When you write to me through this page, you are not writing to an automated form: you are writing to me. I’m Laura Larrégola, a psychologist specialising in perinatal mental health, and I support women and families while trying to conceive, through pregnancy, the postpartum period, perinatal grief and early parenting. In my first reply I’ll suggest a short, free call so we can get to know each other, understand what you are going through and consider together whether what I offer fits what you need right now.

The sessions take place online, with the same warmth and care as in person, so that you can join from home and at your own pace. If you prefer, you can tell me a little about your situation in writing in your message: the more you tell me, the better I can point you in the right direction from that first contact. Deciding to ask for help is already an important step, and I’d like to be alongside you in it, with respect and without rushing.

If you like, before writing to me you can explore the areas I work with: motherhood, fatherhood, pregnancy, postpartum or perinatal grief. You can also see how the sessions work or get to know me.
